Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both my schedule and other guests, I kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
Deposits, if required, are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with proper notice.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have services modified, shortened, or rescheduled depending on the schedule for the day.
Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and subject to cancellation fees.
If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible so I can determine whether accommodations can be made.
NO-SHOW POLICY
A no-show is defined as missing a scheduled appointment without notice.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit.
Multiple no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges.
CHILDREN & GUEST POLICY (Optional but Recommended)
To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, only clients receiving services should attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made. Children who are not receiving services should not accompany clients due to limited space and safety considerations.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due at the completion of services.
